went for a swim

i just came back from a thoroughly refreshing swim...yes i actually swam this time...not cheating...or dipping either..i did however, take advantage of the temporary peace and quiet to think some things through...yes temporary cos a bunch of kids came down soon enough to disrupt that peace.
and now i'm getting hungry as i can smell my maid's cooking in the kitchen...
