Life of a regular's girlfriend.

Being a regular is not an easy job, although the pay is high. For the amount you receive every month, they work you to the very bone and treat you like a mistress, expecting you to be at their every beck and call. Its not easy being their girlfriends, esp if they're sailors, for days at a time, they're away from you. Even if the ship is at the yard fixing, they have numerous duties to attend to. You cant plan anything solid because you never know when they are called away. Public holidays, normal days, even a one-year anniversary is not spared and it is to be on a sunday. Oh the woe.
