hello again!!

today is saturday already! almost reaching a week since we've been here....

on thursday, it was the music festival in paris where anyone and everone can come out into the streets to play music, it was fantastic ...the streets were so crowded and free ice cream was given out!! we stayed in most of the day and had lunch + dinner @ home before we ventured out @ about 8+. There was all kinds of music rock bands, jazz bands, some bands with huge stages and lights and everything, some bands just a small speaker. Trance DJs, reggaeton, hip hop etc. Basically the entire city just turned into one big outdoor night club with every type of music you could ever hope to hear...the weather got a little cold and night and we walked so much, we took a train ride to get to the basic area and walked everywhere! so much exercise...we even walked home..lols

on friday, bleargh the weather was rainy and basically sucky, we stayed in the whole day with nothing to do..

today we woke up just in time for lunch and uncle brought us out in the car to see the eiffel tower, we also saw the university district where all the hostels are, some egyptian obelisks which the were taken by napolean during his campaigns in egypt, some mueseums, we also passed by a street with all the most famous french jewellers as well as the hotel that Princess D stepped out of before she died..just basically a huge car ride all around the touristy sites. today isnt really a good day for visiting because its the weekend and the queues everywhere make the donut Q in sg look like peanuts.
