One and a half years later
hai....so boring...!
Haha, no lah, we're quite happy actually.
On that day, we brought my computer down to put in all my new stuff. Then we went to shop a little and have a nice dinner at the restaurant we love together. A little feel good day for our little anniversary.
I got him his headphones and i got my jacket(again you might say! how many jackets do i want! haha). No pics this time, we're getting lazy.
We finished up our dinner, and went back to the shop for my computer and met up with the guys for our usual tuesday server maintenance night get together.
That was pretty much it.
Haha, no lah, we're quite happy actually.

Friday - Saturday
Friday
Friday after french, we went directly down to Sim Lim for Gary's little birthday celebratory dinner. If was the usual jokes and stuff about WoW. We gave gary a watch this year cos his old one was spoilt. We then made our way down to one of Qianhu's houses (its all linked together in a row), ben knows one of the nephews or something like that. They sorta grew up playing soccer together. There was a gambling session going on with lotsa people! Irving, douglas,chao were all there...Haha! Turns out john came back from malaysia and i got to meet Karen(john's gf) again! I love talking to Karen, i dont know why! After a while we went back to ben's place for Blackwing Lair, which is something they do in WoW.
Saturday
After my driving in the afternoon, i went down to ben's place, was kinda sleepy, derno why, had my rest there, think i fell asleep...we then went for dinner at some seafood place opposite Mayflower Secondary on AMK ave 3 with irving and that bunch. Which is really boring cos i dont eat much seafood, there were stuff i could eat but overall well...you know. Milli was there too, havent seen her in a while, she's really pretty, even prettier after she dyed her hair red..sigh...Milli was louis's gf whose mother owns Beauty Express. Then after dinner we went to catch 'Fun with dick and jane' with Serene, Yong Kai and Alex. The show was rather funny, a dig and Enron and those companies with major accounting scandals.
Ben called up irving to see wot they were doing with john and the rest. They said they were at Holland V. but when me and ben went all the way down to holland v from AMK jubilee, it turns out they are near holland v.....ben xian ji pua,...just when he found a parking lot...We went to the wine company at this super ulu place..turns out they were gonna leave for this sorta pub at depot road in bukit merah. It was The Villa Bali ..an open air place for drinking, sorta like Fisherman's Village, only more secluded and high class. They serve mostly wine and cocktails...We played drinking games and stuff, funny the way ppl(including me) kept screwing up. no one got really high or high in the least at all, so the games didnt get that fun...Milli supposedly knows Sylvester Sim(before he even got famous) and he was there that night too. He came over to say hi to her and that was the brief encounter. Not that i was interested anyway...hah. The place was full of expats and yuppies. Karen, john and I decided to explore the area a little and in the main bar area, where there is an indoor air conditioned seating area, there was this ang moh with a asian girl, who had her hands on his lap...hahaha, we were like oooohh..and quickly walked out. Well the night ended early when irving paid and they switched off the lights. Guess they dont stay open till late. It was already around 2am by then i was very sleepy.

Happy Chinese New Year

Ben's Birthday
It's my honey's birthday! Haha....he's another year older...yet again...and he still complains about it...Niwayz...i got him a pair of levis engineered jeans this year as a birthday gift. i wanted to get him a little something extra but i did custom make a tiesto t-shirt for him...One of a kind! Hahz! That is if tiesto doesnt already have that in an original design...=<
We went to drink at Balaclava on the saturday before his birthday and it was relatively empty..the arrival of MoS on the clubbing scene is really emptying out other places in Sg. I still remember it wasn't so long ago when we went to a full house balaclava with everyone in the house singing along to the live band. We drank hoegarden...talked and laughed about the usual stuff....guess when u get older birthdays arent that big a deal anymore and some(past 40) even dread it.
On his birthday itself, we went to Orchard Road to do a spot of shopping(more of his stuff this time), drop his jeans of for alteration ( i gave them to him earlier) and catch a movie. We caught football hooligans. Although i do not fully understand football and all the rubbish, the movie was a good show, more like an arthouse film, not the average football fan's film. Its basically like how we said it after the show finished.
Me: Ai yah...Mah ang moh ah beng loh.
Ben: But these ang moh ah beng more wu seh than the singapore one ok!

Recent Happenings
Christmas Eve
Ben was supposed to be sailing during on Christmas Eve but he exchanged that for 2 days of sailing on New Year's Eve so that he could spend it with me. We went to a friend's place for a pot luck christmas dinner. It was really nice to spend christmas together. I would rather Christmas than New Year's, but since i can't have both, then well, i chose Christmas to spend together.
New Year's Eve
I went with my friends namely, Jane, Alvin, Sijing and some of her friends to Liquid Room. Was rather high that day, had some gin tonic, and 2 tequila shots. I dont really like tequila shots, prefer b52s, when it comes to shots. Danced a lot, basically till my feet really ached. We were supposed to hop over to MoMo as well, but we got so tired from liquid room, we really couldnt go to MoMo as well. So i went back and jane, sijing and alvin went for supper.
New Year's Day
On this night, me and ben were to go the newest mega club in Singapore, Ministy of Sound. It was ben's long time friend, Magdeline's wedding luncheon that day, and they headed to Ministry of Sound to celebrate at night. I asked Sijing to go too, and we went exploring in the huge club. There are basically four rooms, the main Trance hall, the RnB room, the Retro room and the Chill Out Room. The place is very very big, with the trance hall as the main hall. The RnB was quite ok but really started to get hot really late, like at 2am. I think ben dances trance quite well. Anyway, halfway through the night,...ben lost his car keys, and sob, they never called us, which means they never found it. We took a cab to his place to get the spare keys and then returned to the club in the same cab and got the car, then went for supper. The xmas present i got, was lost together with the carkeys.. =...< cos its a car key holder. Quite miffed about it, the present was so new and nice!
